What the platform does
Recipients
Import, segment, keep clean. Consent is recorded per address and stays visible — including when and where it was given.
Mailings
Templates that survive being edited, a preview that matches what is sent, and a test send before anything goes out for real.
Dispatch
Queued and paced so the receiving side keeps accepting. A mailing that takes two hours longer is still a mailing that arrived.
Reporting
Delivered, bounced, opened, unsubscribed — per mailing and over time, so a trend is visible before it becomes a problem.
Built into the platform
Some things are not settings. They are how the platform works, and they cannot be switched off.
Consent is a field, not a checkbox on paper
Every address carries when, where and how consent was given. Without it an address cannot enter a mailing.
Unsubscribe is built in
Every mailing gets a working unsubscribe link automatically. It takes effect immediately and across all mailings of the account.
Bounces remove addresses
A hard rejection takes the address out. There is no setting to keep sending to it.
Sending slows down when quality drops
Rising complaints or unknown recipients throttle the account and raise an alert — before a blocklist reacts instead.
