Anti-Spam Policy
A platform is judged by what its worst account does. We therefore enforce these rules technically where we can and contractually where we cannot — and close accounts that break them.
Rules for every account
- Only addresses with documented, individually verifiable consent may be imported.
- Consent is revocable at any time and takes effect across every mailing of the account.
- Sender and responsible company are identifiable in each mailing.
- Recipient data is never sold, rented or exchanged — not by us and not by account holders.
What gets an account closed
- Imported lists whose origin cannot be shown when we ask.
- Circumventing the unsubscribe, or re-importing addresses that have opted out.
- Disguising the sender or the purpose of a mailing.
- Continuing to send after the platform has throttled the account for quality reasons.
What happens when you report something
- Receipt is confirmed and the mailing traced to the account.
- On reasonable suspicion the account is suspended — before the investigation, not after.
- A confirmed violation closes the account permanently and blocks the affected addresses.
- Blocklist operators write to the same address and get the account evidence their assessment needs.
Report unwanted mail
Send the complete message headers. They identify the account behind a mailing beyond doubt, which is what lets us act quickly and against the right one.
